This service starts approximately 1 month before the wedding and includes up to 16 hours of service and planning. First, Wedding Concepts will meet with each of your vendors to assure that they know what they are suppose to be doing and when they are suppose to be doing it. We call each of your vendors 1 week before the wedding to make sure they have all of the correct information,and provide them with a timeline of the wedding day events. We go over all contracts to make sure that nothing has been forgotten. Your day-of-wedding coordinator will be there for the rehearsal, the ceremony, and the reception. We will be there 3 hours before the ceremony to make sure that the vendors arrive on time, along with little details such as; cake table, guest book table, gift table, reserve cards, and favor placement.
